Trainee - Looking for opportunity (dump truck) in Akron, OH area

Hi guys! My name is Hennacy. I recently obtained my temporary Class A CDL with air brakes, tanker, combo & hazmat endorsements. I am 40 years old, have a clean driving record, no criminal background and drug-free. I am looking for a company that will allow me to ride along with one of the drivers to show me the ropes wiith
hopes of future employment as a dump truck driver.

I have wanted to drive dump since I was a little girl, as I used to ride along with my dad. After all of these years of working in an office environment doing bookkeeping, I am tired of the 9-5 office politics and being indoors and I have finally began my goal of getting out of the office to the road...(locally that is)

Anyone have any hints on where to start? It would be greatly appreciated.
