Do open car haulers need to stop at weigh stations???
Sorry another Rookie question...
The state eludes me now but one has a sign stating mt flats and car haulers can by-pass the scales. Other than that one exception, they must follow the line into the scale.

North Carolina if my memory serves right. I've only seen that sign posted at the one on I-40 outside of Hickory though. The ones on 85 do not have that sign.
