I was waiting for someone more qualified to answer you, but since nobody has I'll offer this. I spent a miserable two months with Millis in 1992. The second time I got home I quit. I was lured in by the nice conventional Kenworth and the promise of good home time. I did get a nice truck and the pay was competitive at the time. I live in Georgia and stayed up on I-80 and I-90 most of the time hauling beer between NY and WI. Some of the northern based drivers I spoke with told me me they got hung up down south all the time. There were some old timers though that were happy and said they got good travel lanes. It seemed to me that they didn't care about the new people. I stress that this was a while back and things may be entirely different now. Just relating my experience with them, for what it's worth. Good luck in your decision.
