Default Any info on PAM Transport?

I'm a newbie and came across P.A.M. Transport's site. I'm interested because of the sign-on student bonus and nothing-up-front tuition. Can anyone give me any info, good or bad, about them? Does anyone know where their training schools are located? Thanks for the help.

Ty

Ask yourself these simple questions:

1. Can I live off $400/wk.?

2. Do I mind spending 3-6 weeks at a time away from home?

3. If I don't make it there for my contract term (1yr.) do I want a $7,000 bill
for my "training".

You're best suited to stay far, far away from P.A.M.

Don't bother i did 8 years ago class is to short then they will stick you with a trainer that hasn't been on road more then 13 mths there's better out there. The company's you see trying real hard to get fresh meat stay away from them.

Im signed up for drivers solutions. Going to Get my CDl training in fort wayne IN. I am signed up to drive for PAM. Im going to take advantage of the paid schooling. Yes I will be stuck in a commitment for a year but I will get the yr of experience that other companys require. I am going in knowing that I am a grunt at there mercy. I have been a machinist for 17 years and its has become a dead end trade. everyone I know is laid off. Im used to make 22 bucks an hr. This is deff. going to be hard on me but I feel its the only path for me rt now. I plan to get my foot in the door. get the training then buying my own truck and working as a owner operater. I hope it all works out for me.
