While most drivers will say all OTR companies stink I would like to hear from drivers on who they think is the best OTR company to work for. Now I am not talking about new drivers just starting. Let's discuss drivers with 1+(minimum) year of experience.
Some examples would be:
1) Pay, Mileage/Hourly/Trip/Hub Miles/Down time/Dentention/34 hour restart
2) Hometime, How long are you out, home weekends, home at all during the week
3) Benefits, How are the medical bennies, cost, how long it takes to receive, 401k, Pension(if they still exist lol)
4) Equipment, new or old, junk
5) Dispatchers, This one should be interesting
There are obviously great companies and horrinle companies. Someone is driving for both. Maybe if people talk about who's good and who's not will help someone make an educated position that puts them to work for a company that matches their needs.
Best of luck to all you drivers and your families and be safe.
God bless
