I've been with Dot Foods since November. The only time I haven't been home on the weekend is when I volunteered to take a weekend load. They've never failed to get me home when I needed to be home. They do round-trip dispatch so you have a good idea of when you'll get home. Of course there are times where shippers don't get you loaded on time and you're a little later than usual, but if you have a certain date/time you have to be home, Dot will make sure they schedule appointments with enough flex time so even delays outside their control won't prevent you from getting home when you need to be there.
