Danny Couch likes his job driving a tanker for Highway Transport Inc. He's been with the Knoxville company nine years and is not looking to leave.

But if he were, he wouldn't have to look far. "I could get a job in five minutes," said Couch, 52, of Knoxville. "Everybody's wanting drivers."
