Default Questions about trucking schools

I would like a truckers opinion on cdl schools. I have done some reserch on my own, and it seems that schneider my be an ok school for newbes?

yes, schnieder is a very good school from what has been said about them in the past. problem though is that thier classes fill up fast and schnieder can be very picky as to whom they choose. so i hope you are on your game, with no background problems of any kind, like an arrest record or drivers license problems as well.

there are other trucking companies that offer training, but i am sure you are aware that they do require some sort of commitment as well as schnieder does. always read the FINE PRINT on any contract.

now if you can, i would rather suggest that you try finding a trucking school near you, even if its in another state, but with-in driving distance for you. its usually better than a trucking company training, as you will owe a bank rather than a trucking company.

...and in addition to pro1driver, a Private gig would be a LOT CHEAPER that the company version without the year or so commitment.

Thanks for the feed back. I will look into other schools. My back ground is pretty clean, only a few tickets some years ago.
