Default waiver

Hello\

Well they did not let me take the test because i supposly need a waiver ( vision ) I somehow got my DOT card and all with a note etc.. from eye doctor and all now i have to get a waiver from the MVA.... I wish they would have let me know that about a month ago.. No i have to wait and get packet .. fill it out. wait for mva to approve.. get packet back from and still pass cdl learners permit test buy oct 18th.... If it is not one thing it sure is something else...

MOST answers are in the "common sense" department however there are trick questions (repeats worded differently) too.
SOME ANSWERS that seem logical can be wrong.
The Haz/Mat test in NC is this way: some answers seem logical yet the goofy answers are correct and vice versa, so go figure.
