looking for info on R.E. West out of TN and Millis Transfer

I am looking to find out what others think of R.E West and Millis Transfer. I am looking to attend their driving schools to get my CDL and then drive for a year to fulfill my contract. Any information positive or negative well be appreciated. I am retired Army and looking to get into a new career as a OTR driver.
