Default Help in Oklahoma!!!!

I am a truck owner, with a driver, that needs a home! I am currently leased to a local flat bed company and my check last week was 97.00!!! My drivers pay was not much more! Neither of us can do this any more. He delivers and sits and waits a day or two before he moves again. Is that the norm? He would like to be home every few days so I think a regional run would be good.

Do you have any company suggestions? I know the driver has a few tickets on his record but other than that...hes good to go!

also Do you know of anyone that hauls the Frac sand in this area?
