A man was shot in the head while waiting for a bus on the corner of Wainoni Rd and Hampshire St in the Christchurch suburb of Aranui yesterday.


Police were called about 2pm after an Asian man, aged in his late teens or early 20s, was seen bleeding profusely from the head.

He had been shot with what appeared to be a slug gun.

Even in New Zealand!
