Default you just locked yourself out of your truck....now what

I have a 99 IH 9400 and the passenger door lower window comes out easy enough
but you still have to be a contortionist to reach the door handle

Its very important to know how to break into your truck.

However the lower passenger door windows on Freightshakers are not so easily removed.
I've locked myself out of the same truck twice THEN had several keys made and had one on each keyring PLUS one under the Hood and another in me wallet.
I never again locked myself out.....of that truck.
There were other Trucks that were as much if not more fun, and I'm sure there will be some again.

Sometimes no matter how careful one is, one just isn't paying attention and oh well.

Nice thing about the Petes is you have to manually lock the drivers side door with the key, prevents getting locked out.Other day though I thought I was locked out, got back to my truck after calling into dispatch and getting a coffee, couldn't get in, had to re-trace my steps , left key on counter after paying for my coffee, BUT I do have a spare tied up under the hood in case I do loose it.

A piece of wide Signode strapping with a bent notch on the bottom will work sometimes also.
I have a spare now but I would forget my good key at home then use my spare and then no safety net
My driver door on my old heap sometimes does not unlock when I open it from inside

also to replace the door glass use go jo hand cleaner as a lube or wd 40
(also do not use metal to glass ........BOOM!)

i used to have a 97 fld120 which i locked myself out of ONCE. i was taking my dot break on a wide shoulder and had to use the bathroom. so i put my sneakers on got out the passenger side and i guess on my way out i bumped the lock. well long story short i had the bottom window out in like 10 minutes, but it took almost a hour and a half to get it back in right
