Starting School in a couple of weeks!

I got tired of the politics and b.s. in Corporate America last year and told them how I felt. Needless to say, they didn't like it and wanted to fire me. Held a couple of jobs thinking that they were going to be career changes, but they didn't pan out.

I've decided to follow in my father's footsteps again, and will be starting school in a couple of weeks at a local community college. The training is 4 weeks long with a fifth week to test with the state. I already studied on my own and got my permit. Since I have previous experience working with hazardous materials, tankers is my first choice. My second choice is flatbeds. Can I get my HAZMAT and tanker endorsement with my permit or do I have to wait until I get my license? As far as companies go, besides the internet, would a truckstop have any information?
