it pretty much "started" when hookers (or lot lizards) would be soliciting their services on the c.b. radio at or near any truck stop or rest area, or even just motoring down the highways.......
they would "tease" truckers very often as well, driving by, and either hiking up thier skirts to "show all" including the fact they were NOT wearing panties or at least giving a trucker a "free showing" of whatever panty they were wearing...........
now comes the moronic driver(s) who get on the c.b. radio, driving down the highways, claiming NOT TO BE, wearing panties..........
i usually respond by saying........"good for you driver, your boyfriend must be happy, you two guys have fun now, ya' hear?".............
or..........."shut up....(i won't print here what i call him)"..............
and i too very often have the c.b. radio off till i need info about the GW Bridge, or the Connecticut roads..
