I think it was a Peterbilt that inspired a song by Red Sovine(?) about: "Give me 40 acres and I'll turn this Rig around...."
With the Front axle set forward, the ride is improved yet the required area for steering increases dramatically.
I like the ORIGINAL Pete 379, not the new improved version.
I've driven Petes (379, 389), K-Whoppers (including that diseased T-2000) and mostly Freightshakers of the FLD or Century Class. Briefly with the XL Classic since it is just an FLD with a Nose as the Interior is inferior.
I'll drive whatever is running well (except a T-2000 and ANY Mack) and it is not a POS or has been wrecked.
