Breakfast ideas

My husband is a truck driver (fairly local) and I need some on the go breakfast ideas aside from hard boiled eggs and breakfast bars. He only has access to a cooler in his cab.

Any ideas?

If you like instant oatmeal, a portable coffee maker without the coffee gives you hot water for it. Plastic bowls and silverware=no clean up. fast easy and sticks to the ribs. The portable coffee makers are cheap in truckstop and also pay for themselves in no time eliminating the need to stop for coffee where you (I) always end up getting other garbage food with it.

a quart of milk a box of cereal he can leave in the truck a bowl and a spoon that he can bring home everyday for you to wash makes a great healthy breakfast if you buy the right cereal.
