Default tractor trailer

Hello

well its just me again,, i am studying my pretrip info and i accidently washed my only paper i had.. I want to know what are the ( beams or support under the trailer called? Are they just called cross members also ?? it cant be that crazy,, i did it many times in class and it is not that big of word ( lol ) just if someone could clear my head, its getting real foggy..

I believe the ones that go from side to side are refered to as "cross members", and the ones going front to back are "frames" or "chassis". Some states do have different words so you want to double check.

the "beams" going from left to right, are called "crossmembers'.......

the "beams going up and down the full lenght of the trailer are called the "frame", or even "frame rails".........
