i was wondering is there any company/training academy that will hire with a four year old dismissed felony case?

I don't know about that but unfortunately you will not be permitted to enter Canada. Please remember that when you do get a job.

its really no big deal i was just wondering because im in the process of getting the case off my record in about a month or two

as far as "regular" trucking schools are, that charge won't stop you from getting your education.......

as far as a "company trucking school", that's about not as easy to answer.........as they will be putting you to work for them, when you "graduate" thier training.....

so for that, i "might" have to say NO...........

i'd recommend, that if you can, go to an "ordinary" trucking school, get a student loan if you can, and go on with your training........

now, if that charge IS erased from your record, ALWAYS BE 100% SURE IT WAS........

then in ANY job application, i wouldn't mention it, since it WAS erased as it SHOULD have been.........
