Ok, so my second answer would be, sending you a load that picks up at 1pm, at noon, and it's 200 miles away, and the factory closes at 2, and they won't dispatch you on another load, and make you sit all night, and there are no truck stops within a hundred miles of any direction, because you are in the middle of a corn field in Indiana.
