FLAME SUIT ON:

RANT ON:

I'll start this one off. I get tired of listening to the Burger King rejects out here that whine about how badly they are treated by the public and the industry. They go on and on about how important they are to the country blah, blah, blah... But yet they wont ban together and do anything about it... They think they deserve a hero's welcome because they delivered a load of generic cat litter to the Costco warehouse on time... Its fun to watch some of these people at the truckstops too. Appearances are how people judge us and a big share of the drivers out here look like dirtbags and dont deserve any respect. Think about that the next time you run for a week without a shower or when you toss that jug of urine out the window...

RANT OFF:

I broke down in CO one night with the temperature around -5 degrees. Now several shiny large cars passed on by without a word on the CB to see if I needed help but this old beat up cabover ford pulls up and stops. Now to say he was dirty would be a understatement but I was in his world at this time not mine. I thanked him from the bottom of my heart for the ride and was thankful to by out of his world. Just because they are dirty fails to mean they don't have a heart or more of a professional driver then them shiny trucks that passed on by without a word. On the other hand a large shiny green Western Star was setting in the truck stop at Lodi, OH. The steps out onto the steps and takes a leak in front of God and everybody, did not even try to hid. Back into his truck to put his boots on and out the door with a bag of trash in his hand. He just dropped the bag in the middle of the parking lot and passed up 4 trash cans on his way to the door. Now I can put up with a little body odor but this large car driver I could not tolerate very long with his lag of respect for his fellow drivers. He looked so uneducated in his shiny boots but dumping trash and urinating in plain view of everyone. This large car driver was a loser and unprofessional big time. So appearance is only a small part of what a person really is.

Drivers that blow by me doing 80+ mph getting three miles per gallon blabbering on the radio about how fuel prices are killing them and the government needs to step in and fix it.

Slow down and quit expecting the government to fix things dumbass.

When I worked in a receiving department, I had a OTR driver show up. You could smell him before even got through the door. Had another one yell at me because I didn't have room to get him in immediately and he was a day early. I understand he wants to get home but sometimes you have to wait an hour for your turn when your a day early.
