Driver and Truck needed for CDL test

My husband had let his GA CDL expire due to some bad decisions and bad luck and he'd love to drive again, but he just needs some help or good advice on how to proceed. He passed his VA learner's test but needs a driver with CDL and a truck to take his road test.....In the meantime, can't get a job without already having the license. We live in the Harrisonburg/Shenandoah VAlley of Virginia. Anybody out there willing to help or have any ideas on how to get my man on the road again?

If your husband knows a driver in the area you can rent a truck and trailer from a company like Ryder or Penske for the day and take atest. The driver with the CDL has to do the rental but your man can take his test in it. Good luck!
