Default SR-22 and suspension

Say I got 3 speeding tickets right in a row and I got a suspended license for 30 days and was on SR-22 can I still be a trucker? thanks

sure if you own your own truck and can afford the insurance!!! chances are your sol until those tickets are off your record for 3 years before any reputable company COULD hire you.

Give up trucking or anything that has to do with driving. You are NOT hireable.

If you were not over 15mph of the posted speed limit you can operate a truck as soon as you are no longer under suspension. but if they were for above the limit you will serve a mandatory suspension under federal law. Check your situation under the DOT rules.

10 miles over.. no more... on all 3.... the suspension is over... but still have to have SR22

so yes or no?

You will need to deal with trucking companies on a one to one basis. I wouldn't roll the dice on that record. Give it time to cool off, IMO.
