I wouldnt drive for either one of those companies. Unless CR England has changed lately, they were a piss-poor paying company. Both are rookie meat-grinders too. All they want are warm bodies...

I applied with CR England and after talking to a recruiter, I wished that I would not have sent my info to him.
I've have over 20 years driving and over 5 years OTR regional. This person said that I didn't have enough experiance driving, and would have to start at the bottom. 30cpm, be with a trainer for 8 weeks and then into probation for another 60 days. Any kind of home would be after your probation.

Don't know about CRST.

Happy Holiday's

Thanks for all the comments. Does anyone have experience with KLLM? I know this will certainly put me in "some" class, but what is LTL?

Default Ltl

LTL is an acronym for " less than truckload ". Examples would be Yellow-Roadway, Conway, Southeastern, AAA Cooper, FedEx Freight, UPS Freight etc. These are generally the most sought after positions. In a supply and demand world, they can afford to be picky and tend to hire experienced only. Those guys rarely quit, especially now, in today's market.

As far as I know KLLM is not considered an upper tier company.
