Does anyone know if Greyhound buses have a speed limit? I see these guys all the time flying by me. I would think since they carry humans as their cargo they would have to go slower or as slow as trucks do. It irritates me when I see speed limit signs that say 70 and another below it that says trucks and non-comm buses 60. I've never seen one pulled over either.
Just wondering.

Greyhound bus @70 mph + you @60 mph = you getting passed. Simple math!

Nine years behind the wheel of a Trailways bus and I am here to tell you that the speed limit for a bus is the same as posted on the highway. Simple 70 mph means that 70 is the speed limit for a Greyhound bus. 55 means the speed limit for a bus is 55, amazing isn't

Doesn't mean they follow it. Bus drivers are crazy :P

You can't blame the drivers. How fast would you be going if you had 60 felons and 8 new JB Hunt drivers sitting behind you?
