real time freight?

has anyone heard of or dealt with a company called REAL TIME FREIGHT? it's a load board with no brokers. they deal directly with the shipper. at least thats what their web site claims. it costs $30/month. sounds like it would be a great way to go if they actually have decent paying loads. the monthly fee would be paid for with one load just by skipping the broker.

no decent paying loads on any of the boards right now
realtime is pretty much of a joke when times are good
