Question Driving a NASCAR hauler?

Does anyone know how to get a job driving a hauler for a team in NASCAR? I'm sure the waiting list is long but if you're not on it you'll never get hired.

go to the nearest track to you. apply with-in. be duly noted thogh, that you will be 100% responsible for ALL the contents of that trailer. and if a mechanic forgets his wrenches at a track, or he loses them somehow, it'll be YOU that gets nailed.

at least from what was told to me by a race car co-owner many years ago, when a local racer was stationed (home based) up here.

I did it for the 1997 season. It's alot tougher than people think.most of the time it's WHO you know instead of just walking in and getting the job. With all the layoffs in NASCAR it will be tough to get a job with no experience.you might want to try and get on with either MOTORSPORTS AUTHENTICS driving the souvenier hauler or pull the show car.BEST OF LUCK

Default Like everything in life...

It's not what you know, it's who you know. The pay might be great, even the bennies. Unless your single, or have no children, I can't see it being worth it. NASCAR is a long season. Personally, I'd rather drive the car you so badly want to haul.
