Default legal Question

I work for a carrier that pays me a percentage of what the load pays (company driver). My question is: Do I have the legal right to see documentation on what the loads I am hauling pay or do i have to take their word on it?

according to dot law the owner is required to show you, on your request all documentationabout loads you haul. that doesn't mean they will. At the company I lease with, if yu ask you will be fired. It's not right but I make good money so wh rock the boat.

How as an O/O can you operate a business not knowing what each load pays you, and you say if you ask you will be fired. That's the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard, good luck staying in business not know what each and every load pays.

Good question, and I agree, are you worried about your company cheating you? I don't blame you, I have been cheated, on purpose, by one of the biggest and supposed best, I think everyone is concerned about that, me included.
Like athens jack said why rock the boat, none of us want to be unemployed in this economy, still it eats you up if you think your being cheated, here on Sunday the paper used to have a page and a half dedicated to trucking jobs, now if there are six jobs thats a big deal, times sure have changed.
