UPS is big on training everyone in this Smith System. We have to go through this once a year and I am here to tell you this stuff works and when you work it into your driving habbits, you'll be surprised how much you don't do what you think you do.
And if you follow all the suggestions, there are hardly any reasons to get into an accident, no matter if its the four wheelers fault or not. Once in awhile, equipment malfuction or something totally uncontrolable will happen, but 90% of time, accidents are preventable, if you follow Smith System training....
By far the best training out there for professional drivers, I think every driver should go through this atleast once.
I've seen too many cowboys out there that think there rig is a car, and it aggrivates me everytime, your a proffesional driver, act like one.......
BE SAFE DRIVERS, and God bless.....
