go here: www.usis.com

go to "consumers" at the bottom.

then go to the PDF file and download the form(s) so that you can request information about yourself.

you WILL NEED to send along a photo copy of your driver's license and social security card.

you ARE ENTITLED to 1 FREE copy per year.

otherwise, it'll cost you $10.

after you get your DAC, read it thoughroly and if something isn't right, you can add a statement (a rebuttle), but you need to print up another form, send photo copies of your license and SS again.

its a long drawn out process, but this is how it works.

you CANNOT get this info online. you HAVE TO MAIL IT.

According to info garnered from info along with ones dac report as well as online, one can through usage of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, REQUEST from any company through a written letter sent via snail mail, exactly what it is/was that a company denied employment.
Not every time yet some times a person will receive a copy of what a company requested from USIS.
WHY did you leave TMC orientation in the 3rd day?
Because of what is on yer dac report (they dismissed you?) or for (a) personal reason(s)?

DAC= Disrupting American Citizenry.
USIS= United States Investigative Service, yet more to the point: United System (of) Incompetent Service.

I think there should be some sort of service that us drivers could use to rate trucking companies. These companies can report whatever they want on us there should be a place we can rate them ???????

Trucker, there are a few web sites out there to rate trucking companies. Google them and you'll see them come up. RipOffReports.com is a fairly good one although not geared to trucking. I have browsed the trucking related reports on there when I am bored. It is generally quite interesting see see how companies treated people when things went wrong. Like anything else online though, take it with a grain of salt. They are generally all self reporting by the drivers and we all know every story has 2 sides.
