My Son used to drive this Argosy B train, it has a 550 Cat & the only bad thing with it was the auto gear box.

Pretty cool, I would drive one in a heartbeat, I always liked cabovers, even for local work I would like to have an argosy, with the swing out step a guy wouldn't get wore out climbing in and out all day!!

The Argosy was not a very good design nor was the swing out step set.
The step set had (or still has) a good tendency to become useless (like a COE is to me) and the fusees were not available even thru the dealer.
The trucks as well had (or still have) a tendency to ignite internally in FIRE and have (and may continue to) KILL occupants usually sleeping.

Argosy: A good ANCHOR for a small freighter.
