He wants a deposit of atleast 200 bucks, and there is no business address either we are going to meet in a parking lot close to him(I will be bringing a friend chambered in 9mm just in case) to pick up a packet containing contracts, and information on getting my permit.

NO BUSINESS ADDRESS.........??
c'mon, you're too much, this is a great "April Fool's Day" joke if i ever heard of one.

See the problem is this sounds awesome considering I am broke and I can get 1600 easy as I am only a few hundred short I can't afford 4800 or 8000.... That is why I am practically drooling because of the opportunity now my "dream" is getting shot because it just sounds fishy.

if this were to be REAL, there are scammers out there waiting for someone to take the bait........

I know 3 days is not enough to train someone to drive, but I'm desperate and looking for a cheaper price especially being laid off.

these scammers PREY on people who are desperate.

I forgot to ask, how bad of an idea is it to go with a company sponsored school such as Schneider or something like that, I mean I have read a few horror stories but are they all true or just over exaggerations? I am really looking at this option instead of wasting money I ain't got.
Thanks for the help guys!
Can anyone offer anymore ideas into this?

Schniedr has closed thier school. and i do believe Swift did also. right now, i wouldn't recommend any trucking company sponsored schooling. you could be just as out of luck as with that scammer (unless you're joking with us, of course).
i think unemployment now pays for some type of schooling. inquire at your unemployent office, monday, or any day next week.
now, if you are on the "up and up" and this is not a joke thread, then DO NOT PAY any money to that guy in a parking lot. i mean c'mom, use your head here.....
