Challenger Motor in Cambridge ON. tells my wife," We are not going to lay anybody off. We are going to keep everybody moving no matter what it takes." What a great company, they treat their drivers like gold.

Dot Foods passed $3 billion in business last year, and even with the dismal downturn they still posted a 2.46% rate of growth. Factor in the increased cost of opening a new DC in Burley, ID and Dot's stability and ability to weather a bad economy is still a great example of a business that knows how to handle itself in tough times.

Even with the slowdown in freight, my paychecks in November, December and January have been the best money I've made since I started working for them.
