Default Need Info on CR England

CR England posted a lot of ads Feb 12th on Monster.com. Anyone know the reason for that, in todays market? If you know the company I would appreciate the Pro's and Con's of the Company and their program.

I called and talked to a recruiter. I have over 23 yrs driving regional and OTR. He told me that I would have to start out at 30cpm with a trainer for 8 weeks then on probation for another 6 wks before going out on my own.
I have been seeing alot of their ads too. Don't know too much more.

They're based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
They've been around quite a while and are a good driver mill.
They pay low wages yet expect undying loyalty like Werner.
They WILL PUSH the lease purchase plan as they prefer Owner Operators as well as Team Drivers.
They offer loads on the Totem Pole Plan with Solo drivers being on THE BOTTOM.
DO SOME RESEARCH!! Check out the few posts at the CR England thread here at TB under Trucking Companies as well as the other posts in threads all over TB.
Go to their website.

Good Hunting.

well..... i ONLY HAVE 20 years of experience........

BUT, i'll tell you what........

IF AT ANY COMPANY (tells me) I HAD TO GO WITH A TRAINER, FOR ANY LENGHT OF TIME..........

I'D BE TELLING THEM WHERE THEY CAN PLANT THEIR LIPS........

but yes too....England DOES PUSH people into becoming truck paying customers for THEIR fleet..........

just look at my "signature" photo..........

do i LOOK LIKE someone you'd want to mess with.........???

England dumps a lot of ads on any site they can get on. I've never worked for them but from what I've observed on this site and others I wouldn't ever consider working there. If they are trying that hard to get drivers that's an indication they have a high turnover rate. Good luck.

The 30 cents per mile should give you a clue.
