Im looking at buying a laptop shortly, and Im wondering if I should get a 12 in screen or the larger 15 in type? Which size would be best for mounting on a pedestal next to the drivers seat for navigating purposes?

No thanks. I like my 17 inch widescreen. It's great for my GPS, it's great for watching movies, and when I'm working on websites or anything else, I can have two screens open side by side to switch back and forth more easily. :)

I used to think I wanted the biggest screen but I have changed my mind and as long as it has the high powered guts on the inside, I would want the smallest one available. The reason is for the weight!
