Thumbs up Have a loved one in the US Armed Forces?

Tell us about your loved ones that are serving and protecting. I'll start...my oldest is on his third tour in the Middle East. Two tours in Iraq and now he is serving in Afghanistan. God Loves 'our' heroes!!! And God loves the mothers and fathers who allowed them to become heroes!!! This goes for Police, Firefighter's and all Emergency Responders!!!

May God bless your son and family. Tell him his sacrafices are appreciated here. My oldest son (15) told me yesterday he is considering ROTC. I told him that would be a great option for him ( probably not college bound ). The only regret in my life is not going in the military. I feel as if it is a great thing for our young folks, prepares them for life, as we all know is hard and getting harder with economy. Good luck!

My brother is stationed in Iraq.
He just asked my other brothers if we wanted a flag.
This flag/ flags will be mounted and flown on a C-130 and signed by his crew.
It will have a certificate of authenticity.

I have one of those flags. It came with the certificate and an autographed photo of the aircraft and crew. My brother (retired USAF E-8) was chief of security for the joint Air Force/USMC refueling missions at the beginning of this war. He retired 2 years ago.
