i see a lot of negetive comments about companies. What i am going to ask is does anyone have any positive comments about the large truck companies? thank you much

Job security, if you're willing to take the runs you will have a job. Most likely the big boys won't be going out of business.

Ahhh, hmmmm, positive comments about the large trucking companies........cannot seem to develop any other than:
I positively got refused employment at schneider (after submitting driver application).
I positively got shafted at Celadon because of the Epperson Sleep Study.
I got positively ignored at USA Truck(even though I applied twice and spoke to a recruiter).
I got positively rebuked by Heartland (cause I refuse to go to Canada).
I'm positively on a black list at jb hunt (which is actually a good thing) but not for being employed there.

So yes, I guess there are some positives that can be said for the large trucking companies.

wow, thanks i really want to thank you for the comment...maybe trucking is not for you!!...maybe its because you positively sit on the computer blogging all day instead of driving...nice positive comment...you proved to be of no help, just like what seems like every company thinks of you...worthless...but thanks for the effort.

Have you driven for the BIG BOYS yet? Been a Swifty?

If not, don't be too harsh with CK because the fact is that most large carriers are a pack of thieves and liars who should be strung out on a tree limb if justice prevailed, IMO.

there is nothing ....absolutly nothing positive about any of the larger companies...its amazing that they have drivers that have been with them for over 5,10, or 20 years. thanks again....."NOT" there has to be somebody out there who does not have a stick up there ***...anything positive? IF not why is anyone involved in them?
