Dac Report

I got my Dac Report from last company I worked at and it has stuff in there thats not entirely accurate. My question is is there someway you can refute what they say? Also how if you know do prospective employers look at DAC reports with rebuttals in there?

You CAN ADD YOUR OWN COMMENTS to your file/record by submitting the proper form(s).
It IS BETTER to have TWO SIDES of the stories on file and you can as well request the information be altered or removed.
The form you need to submit is the DISPUTE form and is available for download to print at:

What you're seeking.
Sending ALL required identifying information as of doing a 20/20 report or job history report through snail mail.
Expect results with 6 weeks.

Do most companies use this? I've heard about it but never got my report. I just ordered it.

The trucking rag "The Trucker" had an article in it about a company that "fixes" your DAC report for a fee. I don't know how good they are, but look them up and see what you can see.
