Estimating Sales

I am in the process of writing a business plan but since it is going to be a start-up, I have no prior yearly sales to go off of. It is going to be a two truck operation. One 53' Dry van and one 48 foot flatbed. Please, any info will help. Thanks.

Swift has 16,000 trucks that can go anywhere anytime and on time and cheap cheap cheap
how are you going to compete with the dozens of similar companies in a very soft freight market?

Buy everything needed

Try and make a $

Bankrupt within 18 months

That's how it works. See ya in 17 months or so.
