Default DAC question

Can I have a preventable accident placed on my DAc if there was no police report made of the accident because A, it happened on private property, and B there was about 20 dollars worth of damage?

I'm really nervous about this. and any help is greatly appreciated.

It is up to your company to report any incident. Not all companies do so, not all incidents are reported.
You can check your DAC report by asking. Each person is entitled to a yearly report, same as a credit report.
