They're probably under a hiring freeze or a soft freeze (meaning they're not hiring like they usually are at 200-300 a week).
If you can check into the High Risk division hauling Tobacco, Tires, Electronics, etc., as these drivers do more driving than the General Cargo division which are the rest of the drivers.
