Time to plan alternate routes?

If we are going to have to pay tolls on new roads (the Obama transportation administration has the policy in place)...(we will face toll roads on roads newly constructed)...we can plan alternate routes. The Ohio Turnpike lost revenue when trucks went on other routes. In 2004 the Ohio Turnpike got truck traffic back by lowering fees and raising speed limits...do I speak for you truckers? Am I full of ?

The MAIN PROBLEM with using Alternate Routes is that these other Routes can simply be under weighted to support Truck traffic and have heavy* fines implemented as have already happened. *no pun intended*
What Alternate Routes are available as an example from Armadillo, TX to Albuquerque, NM?
How about from Wytheville, VA. to Charleston, WV.?
Just getting from Jacksonville, FL. along the I-95 corridor to Richmond, VA. would be interesting without using the main artery.

Using Alternate Routes will then require additional time allowed by Receivers to successfully complete ones journey and will be interesting with the now instituted 14 hour crud.
