Default Questionable "Survey" Resulting in Bogus Out Of Service Orders

You need to read all parts of this article. This is the biggest round of bs I have seen in awhile... I wont be taking part in this survey and I hope they arrest me in the process so I can sue them into oblivion... Im praying that they try to put me out of service for having insulin in the truck (with a federal exemption waiver to go with it...).

LandLineNow: Checklist Fatigue Part I: A so-called 'survey' puts a 30-year safe driver out of service

What kind of "ABSOLUTE" BS is this? I would freaking own the state of Mn. when all was said and done. The "almighty" d.o.t. and State Troopers already have way too much power and now they want us to believe that they are "trained" medical professionals, and can determine whether a driver is too fatigued to drive. I hope they pull me in one of these days for their little dog and pony show, i'm not a lawyer nor am i gonna pretend to be one but, YOU DO NOT have to answer their questions without one present if you don't want too.

I posted the same thing yet with other links as well.

The Fatigue survey has been around since last year and when one zooms the report in the article it appears to read as "Last Updated 4/??/08 or 4/??/09".

Regardless of cooperation with the survey questionnaire, a driver can still be put O.O.S.
