in one of the news articles, it calls the guy on back, "owner".......

well owner or not.........let the criminal have the truck. as it was, the tires were either shot out or ran over spike sticks set out by the cops. had the truck rolled over, the "owner" would have been seriously hurt or killed.....

It was a US Xpress Daycab a PIO from the county in GA came on Steve Somers Show and confirmed it, the driver left the keys in the truck running in a shopping center
