Help me pick a route

Im going from Chicago to Tampa ( in a car ) and was wondering the best route to take. I was thinking of taking 65 down to 20 then over to 75. Sounds OK ?? Any thoughts please.

I-24 between I-65 (Nashville) & I-75 (Chattanooga) is shorter.

From Chicago, go to O'Hare field. Park the car in long-term parking. Get on a plane. Fly to Tampa. Rent a car. Proceed to your destination.

Maybe when ya get to Tampax get a LOCAL MAP and it'll help get ya around.
Unless you're strapped for time, check out some of the local parallel roads and SEE AMERICA other than from the 4+ lane highways.

I have know someone in Tampa, she can see her work from her house, yet it still takes her 45 min. to get there, the traffic is terrible there!!
