Good job, OOIDA! I think the MN Highway Patrol is going to find out that a captain cannot write law, especially one not grounded in science or precedent.

If your not a Member of OOIDA it's worth the dues and you don't need to be an owner operator. OOIDA is the only trucker trade group the lobby's for trucking legislation from the Drivers perspective. Although the ATA says they are looking out for the driver their record shows they always support legislation the best benefits Big Trucking and not necessarily what is best for safety or the rights of the driver....
