 New Organization Aims To Increase Number Of Women In Trucking

A new organization called Females in Trucking has been formed with the goal of "Solving the OTR driver shortage ... one woman at a time."
According to its website, Females in trucking (FIT) - "Solving the OTR driver shortage...one woman at a time", the group's mission is "to discover the profile of a female OTR driver, to identify millions of women who match that profile, and to connect those potential drivers to trucking executives who are facing a driver shortage that is going to get much worse in the next 20 years."
