Exclamation I am stuck and i need an opinion

I live in Chicago, Illinois and i have been a truck and trailer mechanic for 20 years. I need some help. I have to job offers from 2 different companies which are Dayton Freight and R&L Carriers. I'm here because i need everyone's opinion on which company is better suited for me to go to. They both equally pay and benefits are both great i just need to know which company is better and which will have a better chance to last because so many of my jobs have went bankrupt....Thank you in advance for your opinions.

i never heard of Dayton freight.....

R+L however has been growing. i know this, because a co-worker of mine works for R+L and they are getting more freight than they can handle.

Personally I would opt for the better maintained equipment.
You know full well that pay and bennies are irrelevant if the equipment is faulty.
Here are two ideas for further info:
DAYTON FREIGHT - Truckingboards
--
R&L CARRIERS - Truckingboards
