I've never seen the hazmat teams described in the video. The video says millions of dollars are spent every year deploying hazmat teams to retrieve urine bottles.

I agree. Sounds like greenie propaganda to me.
The solution is very simple.
POUR IT OUT on the ground and discard the empty bottle.
Anybody to lazy to do that is probably not the type to invest in those canisters anyway.

It ABSORBS more and no cleaning the litter.
I'll remain with the Rotella pee jug: good sized filler neck and a screw on lid which prevents spills when upended because of some of our lovely road surfaces plus it can be stored with other Oil containers thereby preventing a pee Jug infraction.
