Co-worker failed drug test

A co-worker was arrested for Cocaine (not sure if buying or selling). My company drug tested him and he failed the test and was fired. Now they plan to re-test him and re-hire him. Is this legal? I don't want to work with him.

Are these boards just a joke? You think it's OK to buy or sell drugs? My brother is addicted to Cocaine and I don't think it's OK by any stretch of the imagination. If he doesn't want to work with me he should just get on down the road. See who wants to hire him him with that record.

Cocaine - Substances or Conditions which can cause false positives
Kidney infection (kidney disease)
Liver infection (liver disease)
Diabetes
Amoxicillin, tonic water
